This Has Never Happened to Me Before!

Hola Familia,
Well it was good to talk to you all... for the last time haha. But everything is good. Well this last week was good. Let’s see, on Monday we went out with two new missionaries that came to Honduras, and that was fun, then on Tuesday we went with the 9th member of the church to go visit the first member of the church (this is the first member baptized in Honduras in the 50’s), then after that we went to go visit a girl named Vanessa, and we had an awesome lesson there. I’ve never felt like that while teaching someone and it was really good, you could just tell she was looking for this. So pray for her that she will be able to progress. Then on Wednesday we had changes, but as you know me and my comp will stay together which means I will most likely finish in this area which I’m glad because I like it. Then on Saturday we went to visit someone named Nelson, he’s 20. He came to church last Sunday with his cousin so we went to go visit him, and as we were teaching him he was like, “So what do I have to do to be a member of your church? I imagine I have to get baptized right?” And me and Gardner just looked at each other and were like yes. And he’s like, “I don’t know why, but I just feel inspired to be a member of your church and I really like it, and he’s like and then after hopefully I can take this religion to my family so it can change them to”. Let’s just say that never has happened to me before, but it’s pretty exciting. So ya that was basically our week. It was pretty good. Just pray for them.

This coming week we have our ward’s Mother’s Day party and me and my comp are planning on singing a mariachi song. It should be pretty funny. But ya I think that’s about everything, it was a good week. Well I love you all, take care and have fun. The church is true.
